    BMI is an acronym of body mass index. It is the ratio of the weight to height. In this the person’s weight is compared with height. The BMI is most widely used to determine the weight problems in the people. The BMI gives the correct information whether the person is underweight, normal, overweight, or obese. Most of the doctors first check the person’s BMI as a preliminary health check-up. Weight problems are being very well assorted with the help of the BMI.
